Shamil Idriss is the Chief Executive Officer of Search for Common Ground, the world’s largest organization dedicated to peace building.

As CEO, and in previous roles as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Burundi Country Director, Shamil has led Search’s efforts to end violent conflict in more than 35 countries, including conflict zones in the Middle East and Africa.

Starting in 2005, Shamil served as the Deputy Director of the United Nations Alliance for Civilizations, supporting political and religious leaders in improving relations between Western and Muslim-majority countries.

A pioneer in cross-cultural media technologies, Shamil worked from 2008 to 2014 as the CEO of Soliya, a nonprofit at the intersection of technology, peace building, and global education.

Shamil graduated from Swarthmore College with degrees in Economics and Philosophy.

Sir Martin Sorrell is Executive Chairman of S4 Capital, which is building a new age, new era, digital advertising and marketing services platform for global, multi-national, regional, local and millennially-driven clients.

Sir Martin was CEO of WPP for 33 years, building it from a £1 million "shell" company in 1985 into the world's largest advertising and marketing services company. When Sir Martin left in April 2018, WPP had a market capitalization of over £16 billion, revenues of over £15 billion, profits of approximately £2 billion and over 200,000 people in 113 countries. Prior to that, Sir Martin was Group Financial Director of Saatchi & Saatchi plc for 9 years and worked for James Gulliver, Mark McCormack and Glendinning Associates before that.

S4 Capital PLC merged with MediaMonks, its content practice in July 2018 and MightyHive, its programmatic practice, in December 2018 and has added seven further content programmatic and data companies to both practices in 2019. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange under SFOR.L and after a little over one year, S4 Capital PLC has almost 2000 people in 26 countries, with a market capitalization of over $1 billion.

Sir Martin supports a number of leading business schools and universities, including his alma mater, Harvard Business School and Cambridge University and a number of charities, including his family foundation, which his wife runs. He is married to Lady Cristiana Falcone-Sorrell and has four children and seven grandchildren.
